Managed HSE_REQ_EXEC_URL call

It's in the DefaultHttpHandler - you can derive from this
class and override
the OverrideExecuteUrlPath method

According to a blog entry by David Wang [1], ASP.NET 2.0 is
suppose to
expose a managed HSE_REQ_EXEC_URL ISAPI
ServerSupportFunction call, but I
cannot seem to be able to locate exactly where it’s located.
Do anyone know
which method (and its location) I should use for this?
