Well I am booting a single board computer off of two Lexar
compactflash cards. Its running snv_65 and the cards are
connected to the ide channel in "true ide mode".
They show in bios as "Lexar ATA Flash" on ide1 and
2. At first I couldn't create the fdisk partition table or
label the disks, but after disabling DMA it installed
ok....but quite slowly. It boots, network is up, the only
warning I've gotten so far is "unable to enable write
cache" during boot. It is a CI7BP board with 850Mhz
processor, 256Mb memory, and two 2Gb Lexar compactflash.
