SQLExpress installation...

Thanks to both Greg and Phil for their comments. We upgraded
the
machines late yesterday afternoon to 1GB of memory and was
successful in
installing SQLExpress using the VS2005 installation. 

Just some more stuff to keep in mind. I have sent a note to
Microsoft
outlining the situation and the solution (at least for us)
we used.
