Simple References Question

Hello, I'm trying to process an Imports statement and am
ostensibly missing
a necessary reference.  Unfortunately, I can't figure out
how to add
it.  How can I add a reference to make the following
statement work?

Imports Microsoft.Data.Odbc

Told you it's a simple question, but I sure am stuck on
this minor detail.

How about

imports System.Data.Oledb
