'Instancing' property in .Net?

I did a project once in VB6 where I set the Instancing
property of a class
to Multiuse.  I used this class to share an instance of an
object between
three separate processes.  I cannot find an Instancing
property in .Net.  Is
there a way to do this in .Net?

You can either use a Module, or use Shared properties on a
class.
