5 Positions, 2+ Months Project

 

Required Skills:
1. 3-5 years of Tivoli. 
2. Must have prior experience with support for clients of varying complexity e.g. entire systems, Releases, single h/w items, s/w modules,

         ;           ;          ;           ;           ;           ;           ;          OR
3. Hierarchic & networked relationships between clients; by holding info on the relationships between clients, Configuration mgmt tools

 

The ideal resource will:
1. Establish processes/methods/business practices to improve ops\eng efficiencies.
2. Define/maintain management tool standards.
3. Develop/standardize/implement DMS solutions.
4. Support SMC delivery & ops functions.
5. Establish & maintain management designs.
6. Work w/GM client & capability teams to analyze management sys needs.
7. Promote Dist Management & Collaboration Systems standards
8. Create & maintain ops/ eng doco
9. Participate in GM service delivery proposals.
10. Lead dist management strategies\proj teams.
11. Support deployment of management solutions to global GM infrastructure
