Looking for an individual with excellent communication skills and a fairly detailed understanding of different application technologies and industry standards (i.e. WebSphere/Portal/LDAP/.NET). Background in application development is desirable. This position will require an individual to obtain a detail understanding of our in-house J2EE framework (PAI) to assist application development teams on architecture decisions and support. Support application architects and developers in resolving any issues that my arise implmenting PAI. This includes new developement as well as application migrations. Work with our colleagues in EMEA to coordinate plaform releases. Validate platform releases prior to GA and provide knowledge transfer the operational support teams.
5-7 years of IT experience. Very good interpersonal skills, Good technical writing skills, Excellent problem solving skills, Good written and verbal communication skills, Strong customer orientation
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field. Masters a plus.
