Job Description:
- Perform all technical processes related to systems life cycle development. 
- Responsibilities may include system definition, requirements analysis, design, development, testing, optimization and implementation.

- Involvement with maintenance and production support. 
- Meet with customers to understand their business requirements (Facilitation of Requirements ) and determine appropriate technical solutions that meet the customer's business requirements, budget and schedule. 

- Document and obtain sign-off on business specifications using the Functional and Technical templates.
- Perform on-call role on a regular schedule, requiring night and weekend callout and occasional travel if needed


 



Skills: 


- Demonstrated problem isolation and solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and modify high quality software in a timely and effective manner
- Willingness to take initiative to learn and develop new technical skills as needed

- Ability to work effectively in team environment
- Proficiency in VB, COBOL, AND DB2

- Previous Knowledge of the Customer Billing System (CBS) and/or Customer Records System (CRS)
- Proficiency in CICS and VSAM
