C2Cjobs Administrator at New Jersey for BBH

We have the following requirement.

Summary Requirement:

We have immediate requirement for an Administrator or a tier III resource who has got an excellent knowledge working on telecom domain. Looking for an admin who has got good experience on installing, troubleshooting, upgradations, and maintenance of the following. Strong in providing support and networls knowledge.  

Responsibilities of Mobile Computing Group:  

Blackberry Support:

Evaluate new devices including new features and functionality.  

BES Administration:

Test, Deploy and maintenance of Server patches and upgrades.  

iNotes Support:

Research possible upgrades and improvement to iNotes environment  

Laptop Support:

3rd level support for BBH Laptops

Work with Deskside Technicians to troubleshoot laptop problems with Remote Access applications - VPN/iPass/iNotes  

iPass/VPN support:

2nd/3rd level support for BBH Laptop access with iPass/VPN  

Vendor VPN support:

Work with ISM and end users for CIO approval of vendor access.  

Home VPN support:

Package Home VPN applications for Home VPN CD

Test Home VPN applications on different OS options (Windows ME, Windows 2000 (pro and home), Windows XP (pro and home).

Manage Terminal Servers:

Monitor 3 production Terminal Servers (free space, CPU, Memory Util, errors, number of users)

Maintain 2 test Terminal Servers for application testing. Install/Remove applications as necessary.

2-4 weeks to test and deploy TS applications.  

ACE Server Administration:

Support ISM on using ACE server

Test and Upgrade server software when directed by ISM  

BlackIce Server Administration:

Check server logs for suspicious activity reports

During crisis situations, create reports of activity, generate rules and exclusions based on possible threats

Monitor server and maintain SQL database

Install patches as necessary.  

HATS Administration:

Develop EAR file for use on Websphere server  

PDA Support:

3rd level support for users installing and using BBH supplied Palm Pilots

Work with Desktop Operations to test backing up PDA data  

SSL VPN Project:

Test SSL VPN configurations

Test SSL VPN with different OS/Browser configurations.

Evaluate Citrix to assist with managing 8 Windows Terminal Servers

Test iNotes and make changes as necessary for possible integration

Experience: 5+ years.

Duration:  6 months extendable

Location: New Jersey

Availability: Immediate
