Position         :        Web Developer
Location        :        Princeton, NJ
Duration        :        3-6 months

Description

Need HTML / Design production professional who will be an
important
contributor to the Production phase of Web, interactive and
traditional media project development as performed. This
production-oriented position requires candidates to have an
expert
understanding of HTML. Candidates must be able to write
original HTML
code as well as edit and modify existing code, and must
possess
problem solving skills necessary for determining how to
adjust
existing code and write new code to produce the desired
effect in a
final Web page.


The HTML/Design Producer will work under the supervision of
the
Creative Director, and will work with individual Project
Managers,
Graphic Designers and Programmers/Software Engineers in the
planning,
production and maintenance of Web sites, interactive
projects and
traditional media solutions. Also provide creative
assistance and
support within the design team as required throughout the
various
stages of production process. Under the guidance of the
Creative
Director, HTML/Design Producer will work on conceptual
design and
development and refine that direction throughout the
development and
production processes.


Qualifications
Solid experience designing for the Web, CD-ROM, and other
interactive media
Expert knowledge of HTML and browsers
Formal training in online, interactive, and information
design
Expert knowledge of PhotoShop, Illustrator, (or similar
applications)
Experience with Flash, Premiere, QuarkXpress, and working
knowledge of
Director and 3D tools is highly desirable
Strong communication skills
Ability to think creatively
Desire to constantly work to redefine designing for the Web
and
interactive media
Experience meeting deadlines
Fine arts background is a plus
Experience using Java scripts, style sheets a must
Experience with DHTML and XML a plus.
