Job Description
The Architecture Frameworks group is responsible for the
design,
development, testing,
documentation, and deployment of frameworks (base
implementations) and
related administration utilities for select HCSC mainstream
architectures. This position will be responsible for
developing the
java distributed frameworks on which all ITG J2EE
applications are
built. This includes a common set of reusable
technically-focused
components (e.g. Security Framework) that utilizes a shared
infrastructure that drives the frameworks (e.g. Security
Database /
LDAP tree). The distributed frameworks ensure HCSC
Architecture
standards implementation when building and deploying J2EE
applications.
Required Skills
CS/EE equivalent in related technical or professional field
(Masters
degree in related field is preferred)
8+ Years of Architecture OO experience
6+ Years of web specific software Design and development
experience
6+ Years of OO application development management and
design
experience
3+ Years of experience WebSphere with Java and J2EE as
enablers
Excellent communication skills
Excellent understanding of business and technical
complexities with
new technologies
Analytical problem-solving skills
Takes direction well but leads a team to resolve highly
complex
technical issues without
hesitation
