San Francisco, CA for Philips Medical
Philips Medical is located at 5000 Marina Blvd, Brisbane, CA
[Brisbane
is 10 mins from San Francisco]
There will be an initial phone screen, and then an in person
interview.
Local candidates are preferred. If they are not local, then
they have
to be able to make it to the in-person interview within 48
hours. For
both the phone screen, and the in-person, the candidate will
get help
from my other consultants who are currently working with
Philips.

Seeking a programmer/developer for a User Interface Project.
 Contract
will start ASAP and run into July, maybe longer.  We are
seeking four
-six programmer/developers for this project

·  Developers to hit the code base and start fixing bugs
right away

Must know about Windows Subclassing and be experienced in
the use of
custom/owner drawn controls. This is very important.

·  This is a large interface project  (must have worked with
large
User Interfaces)

·  This candidate needs to be a self starter

·  Multi Threading experience (It is a multi threaded client
server
app)

·  MFC experience (Short for M icrosoft Foundation Classes,
a large
library of C++ classes developed by Microsoft. For Windows
-based
applications written in C++ , MFC provides an enormous
headstart. One
of the hardest parts of developing C++ programs is designing
a logical
hierarchy of classes. With MFC, this work has already been
done)

·  C++

·  SQL server would be a plus but not necessary

·  ACE is the library that they have used

·  Knowledge of XML and XML Parsers
