consulting or Operational Management
Knowledge of Siebel ePharma 7.7 or higher Sales, Marketing
and/or Analytics
METHODOLOGIES AND FRAMEWORKS:
RAD, JAD, PMI
SKILLS & GENERAL EXPERIENCE:
Have experience with the following documentation: Business
Requirements, Functional Specifications, Use Cases
Scenarios, Prototyping, Test Scripts, End User Training
Curriculum, Trainings etc.
Ability to multi-task and interact in a professional
manner with colleagues, clients and operational functions.
Attention to detail and able to function well in a
deadline-driven work environment.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
under minimal daily direction.
Excellent time-management and presentation techniques.
Ability to conduct interview and facilitate workshops to
define client needs.
Excellent interpersonal skills with effective oral and
written communication.
Ability to assimilate and process new information quickly.
Creative with superb troubleshooting abilities.
Sound listening and concentration skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and assume leadership when
required
Excellent client skills
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Required:
A post-secondary school education in Business, Software
Engineering or Information Technology (or equivalent).
Must be willing to travel internationally with no legal
restrictions
Preferred:
BA, MBA or equivalent
PMP
Siebel Business Analyst Certification or Siebel Core
Consultant Certification
