LEAD .NET Developer
Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: 6 months +
Rate: Around$50/-
Job Description:
Strong architectural experience with a background in helping
to drive the
technical direction of a development team. Lead a team of
three developers
(mix of Sr, Mid, Jr) and help coach, mentor and deliver
product. Excellent
opportunity to work on advanced technical products and to
build your
leadership skills. Building a new platform to buy and sell
vehicles in an
online English style auction format. Deliver this
functionality to a large
group of automotive dealers / car auctioneers to enhance the
dealers ability
to move inventory at the greatest profit without having to
physically take
this car to the local auction
Minimum Requirements: (all a minimum of 5-7 years)
· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and /or
Masters Degree , or
equivalent.
· .NET framework 1.1 or 2.0, ado.NET, COM+, XML,IIS
· Must be expert in the use of SQL Server, Web
Services, C#, VB.Net
and ASP.NET technologies.
· Experience w/ Microsoft SQL Server. Minimum 3
years experience
designing Web and/or server-based applications.
· Leadership experience.
· Must be able to write detailed technical
specifications, think
logically and analyze application and business process
requirements.
· Verbal and Written Communication skills a MUST.
· Proven leadership and time-management skills.
· Must be able to make the most of limited resources
or re-allocate
resources as needed.
