Your day involves:
* Meeting aggressive consultant activity
and performance goals.
* Making calls to prospective consultants
for positions throughout USA.
* Maintaining employee relationship with
consultants assigned to respective
clients.
* Networking in the IT marketplace to
identify additional consultants.
* Maintaining our consultant contact
database.
Our open recruiter position
requires a strong phone presence and excellent
face-to-face presentation
abilities. Qualified candidates should have a
minimum of 1-3 years of IT
staffing experience, superior "people skills,"
including public speaking,
written communication skills, telephone skills,
negotiation, and
objection-handling techniques. You should be proficient in
the role of a consultative
recruiter with strong relationships.
