Position #1 - SFA Functional Resource

Description:        In search of a strong functional resource to join our Production Support Team.  The resource will be responsible for supporting and existing Sales Force Automation tool as well as working on Design and Testing of scheduled dot releases.  The application is fairly new so the opportunity for Design Work is plentiful.

Duration:        Thru end of 2006

Required SKILLS

• Experienced in configuring the Oracle Sales Online Module (ie profile options, sales methodology setups, win probably setups, etc). 3 yrs minimum
• Possess the ability to troubleshoot functionality in the Oracle Sales Online Module.
• Knowledge of the OSO data model and integration with core Oracle ERP (TCA).
• Knowledge of territory and resource setups in TCA.
• Proficient in SQL.  3 yrs minimum
• Experienced in working with end users to field questions (ie training), and design solutions to new or existing business processes.
• Experienced in working with end users and creating functional design specs.

Nice to Have SKILLS

• Business Acumen: Working knowledge of Sales Cycles & Methodology
• Experience configuring territories in Oracle.
• Experience designing and/or transacting in core Oracle Modules: Orders, Service Contracts, Service Requests, eBusiness

Position #2 - CRM Functional Resource

Description:        We have an Open Position within our Master Data support team.  The position is responsible for being a primary support person for Trading Community Architecture, Install Base, Territory Manager, CRM Resource Manager and various other CRM Applications.  The resource must have excellent communication skills and be capable of solutioning existing problems and working through business requirements with the end user.

Duration:        Thru end of 2006

Required SKILLS

• Experienced in configuring the TCA and working knowledge of D&B Integration
• Experienced in configuring the Oracle Install Base
• Experienced in Configuring Territory Manager for both sales and service
• Possess strong understanding of the Install Base Interface
• Experienced in configuring CRM Resources
• Proficient in SQL.  3 yrs minimum

Nice to Have SKILLS

• Experience in Field Service
• Experience in Copier Industry
