Invalid HTML - unclosed A tags / Problems with Konqueror

Hi,

there are at least 3 unclosed A tags on the page, after
being logged in.

This caused Konqueror to treat quite the whole page/content
area as a link!

E.g. the "A4 - TTP Form" is of this form.
Probably all of them are in the "CAP/TTP Forms"
area.

Please look at it.
