This is because Australia is managed by the Asia-Pacific
NIC, and
CAcert is located in Australia. This is outside of CAcert's
control;
in order to receive mail from CAcert, your system
administrator must
allow the IP or the domain cacert.org before it is rejected
by the
apnic filter.
If your MTA is filtering based on inclusion in the APNIC
registry,
then there is nothing that CAcert can do to change it and
you must
petition your system administrator to allow it. The IP is
showing as
valid, according to APNIC whois:
