Free Digital Certificate

Hi, im in the "Server Certificates" page and in
the bottom of the page there are a text area form, that
says: "Paste your CSR below..." 
What is supposly that I should paste here?
I jusst need to sign a .cab file of a webserver application.

Please guide me with the steps in order to  do that.
