Hi there,

1. Some months ago, when experimenting with certificates, I
created an account. I lost all the details when my mail
files went west. I'm now in a position start using
certificates properly, and have created a new account in the
name of my small ISP. However, I find that the domains
innerenigma.org.uk and catsmuvva.net are both already
registered to the account that I can no longer access. [I
have tried all the email addresses I can imagine in an
attempt to recover the password, without success.] You'll
find catsmuvva.net is registered to me and that
innerenigma.org.uk is located at the same IP address as
catsmuvva.net.

2. I cannot register my location properly in the account
settings. I live in Todmorden, West Yorkshire, UK, but this
entry is refused. I even tried Todmorden, Lancashire, UK -
some databases are mistaken about the location Tod, but the
Lancashire border is about three miles away. Then I tried
the next largest town: Halifax, West Yorkshire, UK. This,
too, was rejected as was Halifax, Yorkshire, UK and various
other combinations of Rochdale, Lancashire, United Kingdom
and so on. So I tried just Halifax on its own, expecting a
list of locations, but web site decided that I was in
Halifax in Jamaica! Could you help me, please?

3. For the same reasons as above, I cannot find an Assurer.

Many thanks for your help and a truly wonderful service to
the cause of open software.
