GPG/GPG signing problem

Hi list,

the wiki states that I have to remove all the uids that are
not verified
through the system. This seems not correct. I've tried to
re-sign my
gpg key (since the cacert signature has been expired).

1st try: Full export, upload to cacert, got signed key to
download, but
there is/was no new signature.

2nd try: Same as above but with --export-options
export-minimal. Result
was the same

3rd try: Removed one uid (that was not verified through the
system) and
then the same procedure as in 2). Result was the same.

4th try: Removed all but one uid (rest of the procedure
above). Result:
1 new signature.

So it seems that one has to remove *all* the uids but the
one gettings
signed *and* do an export-minimal.

Regards,
Andreas

Huh. That's weird. I only had to remove the one that
didn't explicitly
match my name.
