Does anyone understand this new requirement? Does this mean you need
5 years in each of 2 areas (for a total of 10)? Or is 10 minutes in
one area and the rest in another enough? I have not been able to find
an answer on this question.

I spoke with an individual at ISC2 today.  I asked him if someone could have 5 years in one area and 10 minutes in another, if that would qualify and he said yes.  I have 20 years in application development and 1 in InfoSec.  I was told I would qualify, which was the root of my question.  I didn't know if waiting until after the change would mean I would have to wait another 3 years (since I have an M.S.).  It appears I am fine. ; I already have a CISSP coworker who will vouch for me.
