I 'boot camped' it, a two week cram course with
instructor, then one week
of
Transcender.  It was perfect for me, every free minute I did
it over and
over 
until I could beat it 80% every time.  The other ones may
work as well.  
When I took the test, I either completely understood
everything
or remembered the answer instinctively.
