Spreadsheet-WriteExcel Validation Lists

I am using Spreadsheet::WriteExcel to take info from a
database and generate a spreadsheet.

Unfortinutally I find no way to create a Excel Validation
List (Version 2003) (Drop down within a cell allowing a
picklist of valid contents available)

Is this functionality (is this a word) availabe in
Spreadsheet WriteExcel or any associated componants
