Ok I validated the HTML and corrected everything but one
(dealing with
the DIV tag and the menu I am having issues with).
I also validated the CSS and everything is fine. Some
warnings but no
errors.

However, the issue with the menu still exists. Can anyone
assist in
shedding some light on this for me?

Thanks!

Number one thing to do when CSS doesn't work is ensure you
have valid
HTML.
(Because invalid HTML often causes problems with CSS)

You've got a handful or errors which should be simple to
fix:

It's working fine for me now in Firefox 2.0.0.1, Opera 9.02,
and IE 6.0

Try doing a force reload (Ctrl-F5) to make sure it's not
using a cached
version?
