use java script.

window.open('your aspx page url','title of
window','Width=272,toolbar=0,height=232,resizable=No');
like&n bsp;
window.open('DateTimePicker.aspx','GetDateFromDTP','Width=272,toolbar=0,height=232,resizable=No');
and if you want to popup it with page load then use
.
window.onload =your function name.
