Displaying Text File information in Windows Form

Hai Everybody,
    I have a question. I have a text file. Each line
represents a
record. The delimitter(for each attribute) is comma
operator. The size
of the text file will be as much as 250 MB. Now i want to
extract all
the records based on any one attribute. Is it possible?
Please help me.
It should satisfy memory profiler also.
