Job Title Information Security Support

Location Owings Mills, MD

Rate to consultant:$ 40 per hour – c2c or 1099

Duration: 6 months

 

Job Description:

1 Database knowledge

2. Knowledge in Perl scripting or knowledge in programming languages.

3. Knowledge in crystal reports.

4. LDAP knowledge is preferable.

5. Knowledge of legal, compliance and regulatory standards.

6. Proficient in Microsoft office products (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

7. Some project management experience.

 

Tasks:

 

1. Service Level Reports generation and maintenance. Able to generate new report/modify existing reports. Ability to investigate the reports in case of errors.

2. Provide support (code/develop) with automation and enhancement projects.

3. Should be able to attend help desk calls, magic tickets and complete service requests (TSRs).

4. Interact with IT stakeholders and support teams relative to Information Security production and support issues
