Position: Epiphany Report Specialist

Location: Owings Mills, MD

Duration: 6 months

Rate :$90/hr

DESCRIPTION

1) Contractor is to participate in the design and development of the Epiphany Outbound Marketing datamart solution. Specifically, tasks in the project plan to be completed by this resource are development of custom reports using the epiphany application suited specifically for ClientR17;s AVPS. These reports will be used to assist in identifying any source data issues in addition to satisfying current report requirements.

2) Contractor is to provide custom documentation and user manuals for the Epiphany Outbound Marketing application. Creation of this documentation requires thorough understanding of CareFirst specific modifications to the existing Epiphany application. Contractor must also provide one on one training and classroom instruction.
