Title: HP UX Position

Location: Wilmington, DE

Duration: 3 Months

Rate: 60 C2C

 

They have to have recent 11.23 HP UX experience.

 

Skills to include core HPUX (11.23) architecture, configuration, and deployment, Ignite/UX, vPar configuration and deployment, and LVM file system configuration, operation, and deployment. Some awareness of SAP architecture is valued but not mandatory.  Assist Customer with an SAP replatforming project. The customer will be moving their SAP systems from HPUX PA-RISC servers to HPUX Integrity servers. This is considered a homogeneous copy. The data will be migrated from server-to-server either through a data copy or via SAN connection to existing data. HP is responsible for the deployment of the infrastructure, including HPUX configuration for SAP, vpar allocation, Ignite/UX deployment, and LVM build.
