  - 4+ years of experience in Java 
and J2EE related technologies.

 ; - Very strong Core Java programming skills. 
Hands-on application  

software  development experience required. Just this 
can be the  

deciding criteria.

  - Any experience with Agile/Scrum/XP 
Development will be a big plus.

  - Experience on a trading platform will be 
a plus and Commodities  

trading  will be a big plus.

  - Good 
understanding of J2EE Architecture, Design Patterns,  

available open  source 
frameworks, has written some frameworks.

  - Has worked with Application/Web 
servers, build tools, Automated  

testing  tools

  - Messaging - 
JMS/TIBCO

  - SOA, SOAP, XML, WS

 ; - Oracle - SQL writing, performance 
tuning


  - This is a MUST - should be able to operate in a team. He/She 
should be

 ; able to operate in a team environment.
