Sr. Payroll Lead

• 5 - 7 years payroll experience with U.S. payroll implementations on SAP
• Extensive configuration experience for gross and net payroll to include design and configuration of wage types including taxability and BSI, Configuration and design of garnishments and garnishment processing to include garnishment management, Design, build and implementation of payroll schema, custom rules and functions for payroll processing, data conversion experience from legacy to SAP, year end processes including but not limited to W2 and W2C,  and experiencedin creating custom integration with external time recording systems.
• Work with minimal supervision. The consultant will be required to lead local and regional SAP module review session, requirement gathering session, facilitate requirements meetings, development walk through, and user acceptance testing sessions with the client.
• Work with the Business Analyst and the client to identify their requirements, design enhancements and functionality to help meet user requirements.
• Provide functional process ownership of multiple business process areas
• Organize and facilitate problem-solving discussions with the client, internal operations team, and project managers to resolve issues requiring a focused approach to maintain project continuity and requirements.
• Performs configuration work as needed to support new and existing functionality
• Responsible for cod reviews of team configuration
• Function as resident team expert for all configuration issues (both support and project) within their areas (modules) of expertise
• Serve as functional integration owner for multiple process areas
• Prepare functionality specifications and delivers to ABAP developers.

Rate: $80+/hr

Location  : Seattle, WA.

Duration  :6 month

 

 Payroll Consultant

• 3 to 5 years of Commercial sector US payroll implementation experience.
• Work with other HR teams effectively and understand the existing payroll processes.
• configuration experience for gross and net payroll to include design and configuration of wage types including taxability and BSI, Configuration and design of garnishments and garnishment processing to include garnishment management, Design, build and implementation of payroll schema, custom rules and functions for payroll processing, data conversion experience from legacy to SAP, year end processes including but not limited to W2 and W2C,  and experience in creating custom integration with external time recording systems.

Rate: $70/hr

Location  : Seattle, WA.

Duration  :6 month

 

Time Management Consultant

• 3-5 years experience implementing within SAP Time Management for US commercial companies
• Expertise in implementing interface with third party time management systems in SAP
• Experience in development of custom rules and schema.
• Experience in Union location implementation including overtime, holiday pay and others.
• Experience is the implementation of CATS
• Configuration of Quotas in time management

Rate: $70/hr/hr

Location  : Seattle, WA.

Duration  :6 month
