We have an urgent opening for a Technical Writer with System Analysis in NY. (candidate must be willing to share the sample documents on API's and GUI)

 

Job Description:

Work with project team members (technology group) to identify and create various documents, both Technical & Regulatory. This may include creating documents independently or updating documents created by programmers to apply standards and changes to content if applicable, to improve readability. Some expected tasks include creating & maintaining design documents, document API's and usage, doument procedures, processes, etc.

This person will also maintain the project document repository, paying attention to quality and procedures:

Good written and spoken skills, previous experience in financial industry( HVP- high value payments, securities, derivatives) preferred.

Experience working with a Technology team, ability to document processes, configurations, architecture, procedures, APIs, etc.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio required.

Some exposure or familiarity with version control systems.

Exposure to ERWIN or Rational Rose a big plus .

CMMi experience is must.
