Direct Client Requirment for BOD,SQL,C#ORACLE,UNIX

(1)  Required :: Business Objects Developer

Duration: Irvine, CA          Length:  6 months+       

This requirement is open to consultants who are local to the following areas:

 ·        ;           ;   Consultants located in Northern California, Nevada , and Arizona who can interview face to face in Los Angeles

·           ;          Consultants located in New York , New Jersey , Pennsylvania , Vermont , Massachusetts , and Connecticut who can interview face to face in New York .

·           ;          Consultants located in the Metro DC area, Virginia , or Maryland who can interview face to face in DC.

 Please note that, regardless of interview location, relocation to Southern California will be required.

  KEY SKILLS

  • Experience with Business Objects Developer/Designer Xi v2

 • Universe Design and Optimization Experience

  • Experience with Oracle 10g and strong SQL skills

  • Good experience working with users, gathering specifications and   writing specifications

  • Able to work independently

  • Secondary responsibilities may include writing JAVA scripts to develop  further functionality in BO

 Any experience with the financial industry would be a bonus.

  KEY DUTIES

  • Development of new reports, maintain existing reports, dashboards (KPI)

 • Modification of existing Business Objects universes and development of creating new ones..

(2)  Required ::   SQL Developer

Location:  Wilmington DE         Duration: 4-6 months

Analyzes functional business applications and design specifications. Develops block diagrams and logic flowcharts. Translates detailed design into computer software. Codes, tests, debugs, maintains and refines the computer software to produce the required product. Prepares required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation. Enhances software to reduce operating time and improve efficiency
Oracle 10g and SQL Server 7 Backend Development and Administration is required.
PL/SQL, SQL and TSQL is required.
Working knowledge of SAP interfaces is required.
AIG Security Cleared will be prefered

. 10+ years experience with UNIX Systems Engineering and administration, Sun Solaris, Sun mid-range and enterprise systems expertise, storage Area network (SAN), ability to configure networks (LAN, VLAN, etc.)

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline. This position requires a minimum of ten years experience, of which at least eight years must be specialized. Specialized experience includes: demonstrated experience with data base design and system analysis, current operating systems software internals and data manipulation languages.
