IBM WebSphere Portlet Factory (at least 6 months or 3 development projects) IBM WebSphere Dashboard framework experience is strongly desired Object Oriented development (3-5 years) HTML, Javascript, XML development (3-5 years) AJAX experience is desired

 Secondary Skills:

IBM WebSphere Portal Server Administration (security, themes and skins, WCM, PDM, etc) IBM WebSphere Application Server Administration (JVM tuning, application deployment, etc) IBM DB2 Database Administration (to support development and/or full support) Lotus Notes Development (1-2 years) Basic project coordination skills related to gathering / writing specifications, creating project plans, etc..
