Wincvs not launching.

Have you maybe installed Cygwin recently? Take a look at

That's antique and wasn't even ever a recommended build.
Please take a
look at:
http://cvsgui.sf.n
et/download.html

The latest builds will also handle startup-DLL-loading
problems more
gracefully in that they will offer to not load any DLLs the
next time
you start WinCvs so you could at least get at the relevant
settings
that will allow you to resolve DLL ambiguities.

Hmm, strange. Shouldn't happen. Does it still not show up

Add/Remove Programs after the reinstall?
