Greetings,

My project team is using WinCVS. Recently I've noticed
that
committing changes results in a read-only copy of the file
being
present on my workstation. This is inconvenient because I
need to
change file permissions before I can edit the file. It used
to be
that committing would leave me with a writable file. It
seems that
somebody must have done something that caused this change in
behavior.
What do I need to modify so that WinCVS stops changing file
permissions?

Thanks.

David
