GUI CVS User Administration

thanks for your help, Glen!

i knew the user administration would have to be made with
windows 
administration tools, but i ask if is there any tool to do
that 
directly, without that windows tools? i would like to give
them 
repository permisions with other tool, like the GUI
administration 
CVNST.
