WinCVS won't start external diff program

Hi,

Suddenly WinCVS won't start my external diff program - I've tried both
Beyond Compare and WinMerge - it only shows the diff on the cmd output.
It definately used to work...

I've tried to reinstall WinCVS, CVSNT, the diff programs - all to no
avail.

I've also tried to switch "use external diff" off and on etc.

OS: Vista 64
WinCVS: 2.0.2.4 (build 4)

Any input would be much appreciated.

Sorry,

I can't help you, but I see you use WinCVS under Vista. I am novice
and can't use WinCVS atall. The problem is Python. I install it, but
get always error message "I should install". Do you know this problem?
