I'm experiencing a problem while creating a new directory afresh by
checking out the code from CVS server defined as pserver under CVSROOT.
Below is the error I'm getting
cvs checkout: cwd=C:Repository ,current=C:Networker Repository
cvs checkout: failed to create lock directory for
`/cvs/ipprod/cvs_root/CVSROOT'
(/cvs/ipprod/cvs_root/CVSROOT/#cvs.history.lock): Permission denied
cvs checkout: failed to obtain history lock in repository
`/cvs/ipprod/cvs_root'
cvs checkout: Updating dev
cvs checkout: failed to create lock directory for
`/cvs/ipprod/cvs_root/dev' (/cvs/ipprod/cvs_root/dev/#cvs.lock):
Permission denied
cvs checkout: failed to obtain dir lock in repository
`/cvs/ipprod/cvs_root/dev'
cvs [checkout aborted]: read lock failed - giving up
