It appears as though you are using PSERVER and CYGWIN. 
You'd be better off 
upgrading your client to CVSNT and using SSPI which does
Authentication 
natively.  Setting up eclipse to do SSPI requires some
fiddling, but a 
search of the newsgroup should find the relavent posts.
