Access to the cvsnt code repository

In looking through the info on this site, I found references
to script
samples in the code repository.  I tried both of the cvsroot
strings and
keep getting a timeout.  I've tested my ping to the IP, and
that seems fine.
Can anybody help me connect to this repository?
