I typed

   svn mkdir svn+ssh://nowhere/ zap -m ''

I saw

   svn: Unrecognized URL scheme for ''

I expected to see an error to the effect of "you
passed too many arguments to
the mkdir command", not "you used an
unrecognized URL scheme".
