This patch, by Charles Duffy <cduffy_at_spamcop.net>,
adds support for setprop
and delprop subcommands to mucc.  After posting to the
dev
list, there was no
response.

This patch has suffered from bitrot in the months since it
was written. The
newly attached version (mucc-props-r3.patch) has been
brought up-to-date with
HEAD, and introduces a pair of test cases (importantly --
the first is
meaningless without the second) in mucc-test.py.

If there's anything I can do to help this patch get in
before it bitrots again,
please let me know.
