The patch adds the phrase "ARG is ignored if SSPI
authentication is used.", but
SSPI is not the only case when --username and --password do
not apply, so the
patch is not suitable.

We should add language which enumerates the auth modes in
which these options
actually work.

Since this is just a small documentation fixup, ->1.5.
