spurious (U)pdate notifications during merge

So should we close this?  Do we think we should hide the
fact that we are updating keywords?
 Should we create a new notification when that is all that
we are doing?

I could be wrong, but I did not think svn up had behavior
like this.  If that is true,
then I think we should probably hide the notifications.
