mod_dav_svn + Apache/mpm_worker don't play nice

Actually, to be more correct re: the above.  If the thread
that the pointer was
created in goes away, the thread-specific memory is cleaned
up, and
bdb_env_baton_t has a dangling pointer.

This is why this is not so much a problem when using prefork
apache, it is
single threaded.
