case sensitivity problem with checkout

This bug just tripped me up and took me an hour to work out.
 :(

I agree that checkout should fail, but it would be nice if
it failed gracefully
with a message to the user: "BlingBling can not be
checked out because
blingbling also exists and the filesystem is case
insensitive"

As Martin pointed out, this check would always pass on a
case sensitive FS.

+1 to do something about this.

I just checked out ht
tp://svn.collab.net/viewvc/svn/trunk/subversion/ and
started poking around, but I don't know any C -- nor
anything about SVN's
internals...
