Rajesh,
     I can't be certain, but I would venture to say that by
forcing the
HTTP protocol in your server name, you might be attempting
to go to a
server via a transport that your connection cannot tunnel.
If the
remote server is local to your network, try just using the
machine
name. If not, attempt to use the domain name or IP address
of the
remote machine. I'm sorry I could not be of more
assistance. I hope
that helps you in some way.
