Easy advantage to 2005... it's free. Also, the two are not
quite
comparable on an "apples-to-apples" basis
because of them working on
different versions of the .NET Framework. If you are looking
to get
into C# from an industry perspective, you will need to know
v1.1
(2003), and then eventually v2.0 (2005). However, if your
goals are
simply personal, I highly recommend just picking up a free
copy of
